Schedule 1 — Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following defined terms have the meanings given below.

Applicable Laws
means any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law, the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), and any other laws applicable to the operation of this Website.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
means Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

means any content, analysis, summaries, reports, recommendations, responses, or other outputs generated by AI Services (whether through the CaseReady platform or otherwise), including outputs from AI Research, AI Contract Review, and AI Analysis functionality.
AI Services

means the litigation platform accessible at www.caseready.au.

means any applicable laws or regulations relating to the protection, registration, enforcement, or licensing of intellectual property, including patent laws, copyright laws, trade mark laws, and trade secrets legislation.
Personal Information
